“I always knew I loved theatre and wanted to pursue it professionally. But when I thought about everything surrounding the college audition process, I felt so lost. I first met Matthew when I was a Junior in High School. In our first meeting, Matthew took time to get to know ME. He saw my passion for theatre and made every part of our coaching tailored to my goals. He helped me pick out audition material, edited my essays, walked me through the application portals, and coached me on my audition and interview skills. Even though we regularly met over zoom, he was even present during the filming of prescreens too! Most importantly, Matthew took extra care to help my family feel supported in this process, allowing me to focus on the work. With his help, I was accepted into my top choice school - UNCSA’s BFA Acting Program. Even as college Senior, Matthew is always there for me to ask questions - keeping the door open for when I need him.”
